Welcome to CodeBrillo LMS. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you fully agree to all of the terms below. If you do not agree to any of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
1. Accounts and Responsibility
- Your account is personal, non-transferable, and strictly for individual use. Each account is intended for one user only.
- You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.
- The information you provide at registration must be accurate and kept up to date.
2. Content License
When you purchase a course, you are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the content through the Platform only, for your own personal learning. You are not purchasing ownership of the content. All intellectual property rights in the content — including videos, notes, quizzes, and attached materials — remain the exclusive property of CodeBrillo.
3. Content Protection — Strictly Prohibited
The educational content on this Platform is protected under intellectual property laws, and we treat any infringement with the utmost severity. The following is strictly prohibited:
- Downloading or recording videos by any means, including screen-recording software or filming the screen with another device.
- Sharing your account or login credentials with anyone else, whether for payment or for free.
- Republishing, distributing, selling, or displaying the content on any other platform, group, or medium.
- Attempting to bypass or disable any technical protection measures applied to the Platform or the video player.
- Using automated tools or scripts to access or extract content.
4. Monitoring and Violation Detection
To protect our rights and the rights of honest students, our systems automatically monitor and log usage patterns, including IP addresses, devices used, concurrent session counts, and viewing behavior. If suspicious activity is detected — such as simultaneous access from multiple devices, logins from distant geographic locations within short timeframes, or any indication of account sharing or attempted content copying — we reserve the full right to take any of the following actions immediately and without prior notice:
- Temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.
- Permanently terminate the account and revoke access to all courses without any refund.
- Pursue legal action and claim damages in cases of piracy or content redistribution.
5. Payments and Refunds
- All payments are processed through secure, licensed payment gateways. Prices displayed at the time of purchase are final.
- Due to the digital nature of the content, no refunds are available once you have begun accessing course content.
- A refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase only if none of the course lessons have been viewed, and all requests are subject to our review.
6. General Conduct
You may not use the Platform for any unlawful activity, post abusive or inappropriate comments in any interactive section, impersonate others, or engage in any behavior that harms the Platform or its users.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms. You may also close your account at any time by following our Data Deletion Instructions.
8. Disclaimer
We do our best to keep the Platform available and the service uninterrupted, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of temporary outages or technical errors. The educational content is provided for learning purposes, and we accept no responsibility for outcomes resulting from its use outside that scope.
9. Limitation of Liability
In all cases, our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to CodeBrillo in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after an amendment constitutes acceptance of it.
